It’s OK to spill! Get our custom printed napkins made of virgin fibres for great look, softness and absorbency. The napkins have a 1/4 fold design for compact storage and extra absorbency when folded. Being incomparably low-priced and suitable for a lot of purposes - restaurants, burgers, noodles or other food concepts, the personalised napkins will make your customers, no matter if it is to stay or takeaway, feel very special while staying top of mind. The branded napkins are very strong, but still have a soft and plushy feeling, and not least biodegradable, keeping our planet green. 

What about sizes? 

We have two different sizes to choose between our “Lunch napkin” and “Dinner napkin”. Unfolded, the “Lunch napkin” measures 330 x 330 mm and 165 x160 folded. The “Dinner napkin” measures 400 x 400 mm unfolded and 200 x 200 mm folded. Lunch napkins are according to many considered standard-sized napkins and the go-to for any meal-service. Dinner napkins are on the other hand typically used with dinner services and differ from the lunch napkin in that it’s slightly larger. We do though have the possibility of making personalised napkins in a third size option 250 x 250 mm, however, this is only available from 100.000 pcs. All napkins, regardless of size, are available in square folds, but 400.000 pcs. and above can be made in 1/6 folds or similar. Using the different sizes of the custom printed napkins certifies that you can get the size and design you desire at a click of a button.

What about the look? 

Our personalised paper napkins are 100% customizable. You can not only choose your preferred size, you can also choose if you want your custom paper napkins to have 2 or 3 layers and if you want CMYK or Pantone colours. The standard napkin paper is white, however, other paper colours could be ordered if you desire (after 500.000 pcs). Pantone is the standard colour scheme and most commonly used colour for our custom printed napkins. The max ink coverage is around 30%, but if you order more than 108.000 pcs, we can offer you full ink coverage. We use Flexo print as a printing method and there’s a one time fee for printing plates. Lastly, water-based colours are being used since they are much more resistant, allowing them to retain a high level of glossiness and colour over long periods of time. 

How are the napkins packed? 

Our high-quality paper napkins are thick and absorbent, but they aren’t just practical. With your unique logo, the personalised napkins are also a great way to add a decorative touch to your table without spending a lot of money. The minimum quantity is 25.000 pcs of 1 or 2 colours, allowing you to design new serviettes for every season of the year, so your table will always have something fresh to wear. The personalised napkins are further packed as follows:

• 33cm Napkins with 2 layers are packed in boxes of 1.800 pcs.
